Dehra Dun, Sep 17 (PTI) Sixteen teachers were suspended after they were found absent without any information during surprise checks in over 491 schools in Uttarakhand's Kumaon division.
The teachers were placed under suspension on the directives of Education Secretary Dr Rakesh Kumar, official sources today said.
Earlier on September nine, 56 teachers were suspended after they were found absent from the 300 schools of kumaon division during surprise checking
