Dehra Dun, Jan 24 (PTI) A reshuffle in the Uttarakhand cabinet is on cards as Chief Minister Ramesh Pokhariyal Nishank has said that he would review the performance of all ministers and others holding political posts.
"I am reviewing the performance of all my ministers.
And, reshuffle may take place," Nishank told reporters here last evening.
The Nishank's statement came two days after he gave cabinet berth to a senior party MLA and doled out nearly political posts in government corporations and bodies to nearly 25 party leaders.
BJP sources also said the party has given full support to Nishank to take a review on the performance the ministers and all those holding ministerial-level posts.
Bansi Dhar Bhagat, an MLA from Haldwani was on Friday sworn-in new minister in place of Bishan Singh Chufal, who recently quit the cabinet post after becoming the state BJP chief.
