Real estate development and construction company Omaxe has bagged a Rs 64.8 crore contract for building the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), at Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. Confirming the same its Chairman and Managing Director Rohtas Goel said the project would start next month.
The company’s order book, he said, stood at Rs 825 crore. Also, he expects to add Rs 200-crore order for Omaxe Infra in FY11. “We intent to raise Rs 800 crore but will wait for conductive market conditions,” he added.
Commenting on the company’s projection for FY11, Goel said the company’s infrastructure arm’s sale was sales were seen at Rs 500 crore versus Rs 200 crore and the profit for the year was seen at Rs 50 crore
