Haldwai: The Uttarakhand Open University (UOU) to introduce a variety of professional courses. UOU likely to introduce course like BSc in Animation and Visual Arts, MSc in Information Technology, executive MBA for working professionals, MBA and BBA courses, in collaboration with various educational institutions.
The UOU has tied up with online education provider, University 18 for running the multiple Management degree programmes like one year executive MBA for working professionals, besides BBA and MBA courses.
The UOU in collaboration with centre for Arts, freedom of expression and technology is also launching courses like BSc in Animation and Visual Effects, BSc in Game Art and Designing and BSc Interactive Design, while with Hiltron it has started curses like BCA, MSc in IT, and hardware networking and account to name a few. It has also started a few courses with FTDC like certificate, diploma and MBA courses in Retail Management.
