Dehra Dun, Oct 5 (PTI) Uttarakhand Chief Minister Ramesh Pokhariyal Nishank will meet Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Union Home Minister P Chidambaram tomorrow seeking relaxation of norms of central relief fund for hilly areas and a relief package of Rs 21,200 crore to rebuild the state. Nishank would seek relaxation in norms under central relief fund for natural calamity-affected people keeping in view the tough geographical conditions of the state, an official release said here. During the meetings, Nishank would also thank the Prime Minister for sanctioning an amount of Rs 500 crore for the people affected by the natural disasters like landslides, cloudbursts and floods following incessant rains last month.The torrential rains killed nearly 200 people and caused devastation in the state.
