Dehradun, Mar 16 (PTI) The Uttarakhand Assembly saw repeatedly adjournments today due to uproarious scenes and a dharna by BSP members alleging discrimination against Haridwar district by the BJP government. After being denied permission by the speaker to raise the problems of the region during the zero hour, BSP members trooped into the well of the House sloganeering against the state government, eventually staging a dharna in the House. The house was first adjourned till 1315 hrs, then 1330 hrs and then till 1500 hrs.
