Dehradun, Jan 28 (PTI) A non-government organisation (NGO) has been formed in Uttarakhand with former Andhra Pradesh Governor N D Tiwari as its patron.
The NGO 'Nirantar Vikas Samiti' would initially work in Uttarakhand and later it would be expanded in other states also, said its secretary Manish Verma, also a supporter of Tiwari.
The NGO would engage youths from across the state to gather information regarding implementation of schemes launched during the chief ministership of Tiwari, Verma said, adding the information would later be physically verified.
Verma said the organisation would be non-political.
