Uttarakhand to have three additional CSs

Dehradun, June 25 (PTI) Uttarakhand government today appointed three Additional Chief Secretaries (ACSs), breaking the tradition of having only one such post.

"The government appointed S K Mattoo, Ajay K Joshi and Subhash Kumar as the three new Additional Chief Secretaries.

The Chief Minister (Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank) took this decision in public interest," said an official release.

The post of additional chief secretary was lying vacant ever since N S Napalchayal became the chief secretary last year.
