Uttarkashi (Uttarakhand), Feb 2 Two persons, including a sadhu have been arrested today after over a kilogram of&aposcharas&aposrecovered from their possession, police said.
About one kilogram of&aposcharas&aposwas recovered from one Pushkar Singh, a resident of Bharkot village of the district, when police searched his car during a checking drive.
Police also seized 100 gms of the prohibited substance from a sadhu, Veer Singh, who was frisked on a complaint that he was selling&aposcharas&aposto locals.
Both of the accused have been arrested, police said.
